People who know me know that I love to race. Yes, I have been bitten hard by the racing bug. I get a sense of accomplishment every time I made it through a training run, workout, and race. I keep pushing myself to see how far I can go. But even more, I feel a strong sense of community from the runners I know.
I’ve taken my running up a notch again. Not just because I’ve committed to running my first half marathon, but because I’m going to do it with the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Team In Training (TNT).
So now, I’m involved with two outstanding organizations –Â Back on My Feet and TNT — with the goal of raising $1800 (or more) for each organization. I’m asking my friends, family, runner community, business associates, and people on the street to help me reach my goals.
$5, $10, or more…every little bit counts. Choose to give to one or both organizations. 🙂 I’m appreciative of all efforts. Donations are made through the secure organization websites. I have a link to both donation pages on my Fundracing page. Click here to see more on the organizations and my fundracing activities.
See you out on the roads!!
