This was an awesome track workout – 3.11 miles. My friend Heather came out to run with me AND she offered to pace me for the last 6.5 miles of my Half in May. What a friend! She's a volunteer running coach and is in-between sessions. She's also rehabbing an injury so she doesn't mind running my pace. 🙂
We did 400s, 600s and one 1000 (my first one at the track). Great results and I talked comfortably even while pushing the pace. We picked up the pace for the last 200 of the last 3 running intervals. I'm really happy because this sub 12:00 pace feel really comfortable.
