Mix up your workouts to combat winter boredom

I learned a new fight combo today. Kevin always keeps things interesting. So much fun!

EDIT: I was wearing my Conduit Motion headphones during these sets. Although it didn’t budge, I was chastised, and rightfully so, for wearing them while sparing. It’s very dangerous and even though Kevin wasn’t throwing punches, I could have accidentally gotten hit by a stray hand or elbow. Lesson learned!!

So moral of this story is if you’re wearing these, or any, headphones during a cardio workout, make sure to take them off before sparing!! Be smart and be safe!!
